How Mentoring Facilitators Happens

At present the number of Process Facilitators, especially for Religious Communities and related groups, seems to be diminishing quickly. The courses that were once available in this approach are no longer so. A new practice developing is one-to-one mentoring of facilitators who wish to fill this role for the shifting needs of religious communities in our time.

My own training and practice of Process Facilitation is this year 26 years of experience, both in training facilitators and facilitating itself, especially in Canada, the U.S. and Ireland. During the last five years, since the courses are no longer offered, I have been asked to work with some who have religious life experience and some facilitation training, and now want to offer their services for facilitating Chapters, Assemblies, and other meetings with some help.

This is how one-to-one mentoring came about. Sometimes it is in person, sometimes on the phone, sometimes on Skype. We determine the needs of the person asking for this service, then directly apply the "how" of doing this particular piece of work.

Fees for facilitation mentoring are $100 per hour, paid by cheque or email transfer to "Brenda Peddigrew". Please use the contact information on this website to request this service.
